EULAR 2026 | REGISTRATION INFORMATION

KEY INFORMATION 

Registration for the EULAR 2026 Congress opens on Saturday, 1 November 2025 with early registration fees until Thursday, 26 March 2026 23:59 CET. Registration closes on Saturday, 6 June 2026, 12:00 BST.

The EULAR 2026 Congress will be held onsite at the Excel London, United Kingdom, on 3 - 6 June 2026.

Please register via your account.

  • All registered onsite participants receive access to the on-demand platform after the Congress. 
  • Please double check your registration category before registering, please note that some registration categories will require proof.
  • EULAR will apply for CME Credits, Ethical MedTech and AIFA for the EULAR 2026 Congress. Our accreditation status will be updated here.
  • Once you have registered to the EULAR 2026 Congress, you will receive EULAR Congress-related news via email newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the button at the bottom of each newsletter.

REGISTRATION CATEGORIES

Delegate

Delegates who are entitled to prescribe or supply Prescription-only Medicine (POM) in their own country will gain access to all areas of the Congress, including the industry exhibition and satellite symposia. Delegates who are not entitled to do so gain access to all areas of the Congress other than the industry exhibition and satellite symposia.

A proof of status is required for those claiming the right to prescribe medicine.

Trainee

Trainees are delegates in clinical training. If they are entitled to prescribe or supply Prescription-only Medicine (POM) in their own country, they will gain access to the entire Congress including industry exhibition and satellite symposia. If not, they will gain access to all areas of the Congress other than the industry exhibition and satellite symposia.

A proof of status is required for those claiming the right to prescribe medicine, along with proof of trainee status.

Student

Students are persons currently studying and under 28 years of age.

Confirmation of age and enrolment in further education are required upon registration.

PARE Delegate

PARE Delegates are representative and/or staff members of patient organisations.

PARE Delegates who are entitled to prescribe or supply Prescription-only Medicine (POM) in their own country will gain access to the entire Congress including industry exhibition and satellite symposia. PARE Delegates who are not entitled to do so gain access to all areas of the Congress other than the industry exhibition and satellite symposia.

A letter of confirmation from the PARE organisation showing the PARE status must be provided upon registration, as well as prescriber status (if applicable).


Young Professional (new!)

Young Professionals up to the age of 40 who are in the first three years of professional work after studentship or traineeship. 

If they are entitled to prescribe or supply Prescription-only Medicine (POM) in their own country, they will gain access to the whole scientific programme as well as industry exhibition and satellite symposia. If not, they will gain access to all areas of the Congress other than the industry exhibition and satellite symposia.

Confirmation of age and proof of prescriber status and early career status (letter from head of institute/unit) are required.

HPR Delegate

HPR Delegates who are entitled to prescribe or supply Prescription-only Medicine (POM) in their own country will gain access to the entire Congress including industry exhibition and satellite symposia. HPR Delegates who are not entitled to do so gain access to all areas of the Congress other than the industry exhibition and satellite symposia.

A letter of confirmation by the Head of Unit or Institute, showing HPR status, must be provided when registering, as well as, if applicable, proof of prescriber status.

Patients and Family

Patients and family members are persons suffering from rheumatic or musculoskeletal diseases or their family members, all of whom not being professionals in the field of rheumatology.

Company Delegate

Company representatives are employees or representatives of pharmaceutical companies, and will gain access to the whole Congress, including industry exhibition and satellite symposia.

Confirmation from the pharmaceutical company is required. 


MYEULAR BENEFITS

Launched in October 2025, myEULAR is the EULAR membership platform which connects all individuals in the fight against rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases. myEULAR will improve our users' experience by providing an easy hub where all EULAR content can be accessed through one single sign-on. 

In addition to this, myEULAR users can register for a myEULAR Blue account which, among other benefits, will provide a EUR 25 discount on registration to the annual EULAR Congress. Those who upgrade their myEULAR Blue membership will benefit from an additional EUR 25 discount on Congress registration, one free Poster at the next Congress, access to the ARD journal and access to the last three years of Congress-On-Demand content alongside other advantages.

REDUCED FEES FOR VISITORS FROM LOWER-INCOME COUNTRIES

EULAR is committed to providing a platform to bring together the full spectrum of our community together - from people living with rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases (RMDs) and healthcare professionals to rheumatologists and industry partners. In order to facilitate this, we have introduced a reduction of 50% on registration fees for delegates from countries defined as "low-income" or "lower-middle income" as well as those coming from EULAR Member countries defined as "upper-middle income"*. A full list of these countries can be seen below. 

Proof of residency from the last 3 months is required to qualify for this reduced rate (i.e. recent bill, letter from bank, or other recent official dated document).

ONSITE ACCESS RULES

For visitors who are entitled to prescribe or supply Prescription-only Medicine (POM)

Access to all areas of the Congress, including the industry exhibition and satellite symposia. 

For visitors who are not entitled to prescribe or supply Prescription-only Medicine (POM)

Access to all scientific sessions, abstract sessions and posters. Access to the Industry Exhibition is not allowed. 

GROUP REGISTRATION

EULAR welcomes group and third-party registrations from Saturday, 1 November 2025. For information on how to register a group or on behalf of a third party, please see our Group Registration information page.

Who has access to what at the Congress?  

Accessible for all participants:
  • All scientific sessions, abstract sessions and posters onsite.
  • The EULAR Village, Basic Science Café, Members Societies Gallery, Move Together Sessions, Escape Rooms.


Additionally, all Delegates, Young Professionals, Trainees, HPR Delegates, and PARE Delegates will have access to Satellite Symposia, Consult the Expert sessions and Industry Exhibition onsite, if proof of prescriber rights is provided.

Company Delegates also gain access to the whole Congress including Satellite Symposia, Consult the Expert sessions and Industry Exhibition onsite, if confirmation of employment by their pharmaceutical company is provided.
