EULAR 2025 | GENERAL INFORMATION

CONGRESS VENUE

The EULAR 2025 Congress will take place at the Fira de Barcelona. EULAR will use the north entrance during the Congress. For more information on the venue, please visit their website. 

ACCREDITATION

We will apply for AIFA accreditation for EULAR 2025 in due time. Any Italian pharmaceutical company supporting or participating in a congress abroad, is subjected to an authorization by AIFA (Italian Drug Agency), according to an Italian Government Decree (Decreto Legislativo 219/06 – art. 124). The request of authorization must be submitted within 60 days before the starting date of the event. The appointed agency to collect all applications from pharmaceutical companies and file them with the AIFA is:

The EULAR 2024 Congress was awarded with 22.5 CME credits by EACCME. We will apply for EACCME accreditation for EULAR 2025 in due time. 

Certificate of attendance (COA) showing CME credits granted at EULAR 2025 will be available for download and given to delegates who attended the on-site congress in Barcelona. Registered participants who are not attending the congress will not be eliable to the certificate of attendance. 

To download your certificate, log into your EULAR Congress Account. If you are eligible to download the certificate, there will be the box “certificate of attendance” on your account dashboard where you will be prompted to fill in the survey to obtain your CME certificate. Once this is done, you can click on "create certificate", which also includes the number of awarded CME credits. If you do not fill in the survey, the download button will not appear.

The EULAR 2025 Congress has received ‘Pre-Cleared’ status. More information can be found here.

BURSARY

Information on offered bursary and possible financial support will be announced soon. 

ENTRY TO SPAIN

Please check the entry requirements for Spain. If you require an invitation letter for your visa application process from EULAR, please request this via the EULAR Congress Portal once you have completed your registration. The portal and registrations will be launched in November 2024. Please note that your request may take up to a couple of weeks to process. 

EULAR CONGRESS APP

EULAR 2025 Congress App will be available one week before the congress. The Congress App (available for iOS and Android) contains all the information you need to navigate through the 4-day event; session details, satellite symposia, exhibition and useful service information around the congress.
