HOW TO REGISTER A GROUP 

1. To register a group, log in to or create your personal EULAR Congress account. 

2. Click on "register a group" and accept the terms of use. 

3. Purchase as many tickets as you need via the "buy contingent" button. 

4. Make the payment with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.), invoice or by bank transfer. If you chose to pay by invoice, payment is due withing 10 days of issuance and you may register a different invoicing address during the purchasing process. Please note that registrations and purchases (including the Congress Dinner) made by a credit card or bank transfer are subject to a handling fee of 3.5%. 

5. Share the tickets with your group via the "add participants" button. Please note that you will need to input the following information for each participant by Tuesday, 27 May 2025

    • An email address (you cannot register more than one person under the same email address) 
    • Postal address (including institute, city and country) 
    • Proof of status is requested for certain registration categories (Delegates, HPR delegates, Trainees, Students, Company Delegates)

6. If you wish to send a registration confirmation to your group members, please click on "registration confirmations". Please note that our registration team are unable to send registration confirmation to participants.

HOW TO REGISTER A THIRD-PARTY

1. If you are registering a third-party, you will need to log in to or create your personal EULAR Congress account. 

2. Click on "individual registration" before selecting "third-party registration".

3. Enter the email address of the delegate you would like to register and continue to complete the registration. 

4. As you have registered a third party, the registration invoice will be sent to you.
