Amidst COVID-19 ongoing challenges, the world gets ready to take onto the biggest vaccination programmes in 2021. EULAR, with the aim to protect everyone's health and safety, has come to a decision that the EULAR 2021 Congress will focus on a virtual congress design.

We have therefore decided to only offer virtual access tickets. For more information, please read the welcome message from the EULAR President.

 

The EULAR European Congress of Rheumatology comprises the major event in the calendar of world rheumatology. The EULAR 2021 Virtual Congress will address a wide range of topics including clinical, translational and basic science. Sessions dedicated to People with Arthritis and Rheumatism in Europe (PARE), Health Professionals in Rheumatology (HPR) will feature prominently.

Registration categories

  1. Full Delegates 1 are members of the medical, dental or pharmacy professions who, in the course of his or her professional activities may prescribe, recommend, purchase, supply, sell or administer a pharmaceutical product. EULAR will request a confirmation.

  2. Full Delegates 2 are medical or scientific professionals, M.D's, PhD's, who are not allowed to prescribe, recommend, purchase, supply, sell or administer a pharmaceutical product.

  3. HPR Delegates 1 are members of the HPR Delegates, e.g. nursing professions, who, in the course of his or her professional activities may prescribe, recommend, purchase, supply, sell or administer a pharmaceutical product. A letter of confirmation by the Head of Unit or Institute, showing the status, must be provided when registering as HPR-Delegate 1. EULAR will request a confirmation. 

  4. HPR Delegates 2 are health professionals who are not allowed to prescribe, recommend, purchase, supply, sell or administer a pharmaceutical product, such as nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, etc. A letter of confirmation showing the status coming from the Head of Unit or Institute must be provided when registering as HPR-Delegate 2.

  5. Trainees 1 are persons under 40 years of age that are Clinicians in training who, in the course of his or her professional activities may prescribe, recommend, purchase, supply, sell or administer a pharmaceutical product. A letter of confirmation showing the status coming from the Head of Unit or Institute must be provided when registering as Trainee 1. EULAR will request a confirmation.

  6. Trainees 2 are persons under 40 years of age that are Non-Tenured Scientists, i.e. scientists not being professor or associate professor, who are not allowed to prescribe, recommend, purchase, supply, sell or administer a pharmaceutical product. A letter of confirmation showing the status coming from the Head of Unit or Institute must be provided when registering as Trainee.

  7. PARE Delegates are representative and / or staff members of patient organisations.

  8. Patients are persons suffering from rheumatic or musculoskeletal diseases (RMD) or their family members. A doctor's certificate must be submitted with the registration form.

  9. Students are medical students, nurse students or in training, HPR students or in training under 25 years of age. A letter of confirmation showing the status must be provided when registering as Student. Proof of Age must be submitted with the registration form.

  10. Company representatives 1 are staff and representative of pharma-, medtech- and software companies or other companies that are also members of the medical, dental, pharmacy or nursing professions who, in the course of his or her professional activities may prescribe, recommend, purchase, supply, sell or administer a pharmaceutical product. EULAR will request a confirmation.

  11. Company representatives 2 are staff and representatives of pharma-, medtech- and software companies or other companies, who are not allowed to prescribe, recommend, purchase, supply, sell or administer a pharmaceutical product.

Registration for groups is offered

To proceed with your group registration, please log in or create an account here and choose the 'group registration' tab.

First select a package to purchase; please click on “buy contingent” for the required amount of registrations. You will receive a confirmation and invoice via email.

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Alipay, JCB) or bank transfer. A different invoice address can be added separately. Invoices are due within 10 days of the date of issuance. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a handling fee of EUR 300.

Individual participant data can be entered under 'add participants'. Please note that the following information of each participant are required:

  • Individual e-mail address (it is not possible to register 2 persons with the same email address)
  • Address details (first and last name, institute, city and country)
  • Proof of status if requested for the registration category (please see Art. 3.3 of the terms and conditions for group registration).

Once entry of participant data is completed, the registration tickets need to be allocated to individual participants. To do this, click on 'distribution' to allocate the tickets.
