Filming & interview opportunities


The EULAR Press Office can facilitate interviews with EULAR leadership and research authors before, during and after the congress.

Private interview rooms will be available for media use in the congress press area on a first-come, first-served basis. To avoid disappointment, please contact the Press Office to secure an interview slot – Rooms can also be booked onsite, dependent on availability. Please note that the use of any interview room is limited to one hour per day.


Permission from the EULAR Press Office is required for all filming at the EULAR Congress except during press conferences. You must also be accompanied by a Press Officer when filming in communal areas of the congress centre. Filming is only permitted in intervals of 30mins. To book a filming slot please email or visit the Press Office onsite.
